The 1994 SL Raba plate eases the boards’ flex which causes better grip and better sliding. It is blocked in only one point, all the other clip on points slide, so the rider’s feet will not be subject to the board’s deformation, consequently controlling bumps etc.
The sl plate is shorter since it is mounted on a shorter slalom board and more deformation occurs.
